A devoted, passionate social change agent, Jessica Carso Bhuiyan has over sixteen years of experience in the non-profit and social impact sector. As an executive leader, teacher, consultant and coach, Bhuiyan utilizes her expertise and experiences to help make a difference.
Serving as Executive Director of World Without Hate, Jessica is dedicated to helping end the cycle of hate and violence through empathy education and storytelling. We have far more in common with one another than differences and through compassion, empathy, forgiveness, understanding and acceptance, we can build bridges. In its 8th year of operation, Jessica is focused on sustaining the long-term health and viability of this developing organization.
Having worked with various arts and culture, humanities, social justice, higher-Ed, and social service organizations throughout her career and within her community service roles, Jessica also offers a variety of consulting, training, and coaching services to non-profit and impact driven organizations and professionals within the Pacific Northwest and throughout the country.
Jessica also serves as facilitator and instructor for the University of Washington’s Non-profit Management Certificate Program through the Continuing Education Program. As a deeply dedicated and longtime community volunteer, Jessica is proud to serve as commissioner for the City of Seattle’s Human Rights Commission, is a member of Seattle 4 Rotary, serving on the Peacebuilders committee and is a proud board member of Atlas Assistance Dogs. Jessica is proud to be a part of University of Pennsylvania’s 2019 global cohort in the Social Impact Strategy Executive Leadership Certificate Program and was recently accepted into South Seattle Emerald’s first-ever writer mentorship program. As a lover of the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, Jessica is a proud resident of Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound region.
