A devoted social change agent, Jessica Carso Bhuiyan has nearly twenty years of experience in the non-profit and social impact sector. As an executive leader, facilitator, consultant and coach, Bhuiyan utilizes her expertise and experiences to help make a positive difference in the world.
Serving as Executive Director of World Without Hate, Jessica is dedicated to helping end the cycle of hate and violence through empathy education and storytelling. We have far more in common with one another than differences and through compassion, empathy, forgiveness, understanding and acceptance, we can build bridges. Approaching its 9th year of operation, Jessica is focused on sustaining the long-term health and viability of this growing organization.
Having worked with various arts and culture, humanities, social justice, higher-Ed, and social service organizations throughout her career, Jessica also offers a variety of consulting, training, and coaching services to non-profit and impact driven organizations and professionals within the Pacific Northwest and throughout the country.
As a deeply dedicated community member, Jessica is proud to serve as a Commissioner for the City of Seattle’s Human Rights Commission, Peace Chair for Rotary District 5030, is an active member of the Seattle 4 Rotary, proud board member of Atlas Assistance Dogs, Donor Engagement Committee Member for the Pike Place Market Foundation, and as a facilitator for University of Washington’s Non-profit Management Certificate Program. Jessica is a recent graduate of University of Pennsylvania’s Social Impact Strategy Executive Leadership Certificate Program. As a lover of the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, Jessica is a proud resident of Seattle and the Greater Puget Sound region.
